Have never travelled on this section before. Train still halted. Had a very nice sleeping time though
Breakfast to be self carried on these kind of trains
WAG7, WAG5, WAM4, WAP4 are still in us and WAG7 is generally used as off link.
Even some short distance passenger trains are having WAG7 as permanent link. But those will be discontinued after some time.

Exactly, they still have codal life left. And will continue to work for quite some time. Even Marudhar and PNBE-KOTA used to get WAG7s regularly a year or two back.
About WAM-4, I don't think they're in use now. A few were used inside GZB, CNB, ASN sheds and Uslapur Training Center some time ago. Although ASN converted a couple to WAS series, I suppose.

The only solution to this problem is that all loco pilots will have to jointly lead an operation and this operation is to drive all trains below 10 kmph in all conditions until railways seriously does something in this matter regarding the safety of the trains. Whether it is Goods Train or Rajdhani Express or Vande Bharat Express, drive the train below 10 kmph, even when signal is green, so that after looking any obstruction on the tracks, the loco pilot can stop the train immediately by applying normal brakes and this operation should be launched all over india at the same time. Otherwise Railways will continue to kill the passengers, the loco pilots, the guards. I can see this as the only solution for the safety of the passengers, the loco pilots and the guards.
10 kmph to kuch jyada hi kam speed ho gya bro... 50 - 60 kmph consider kar sakte.. ha bade bridges pe theek rahega 10 kmph
Not recommended. This is a way of protesting. So, either drive all trains below 10 kmph or go on strike and stop driving trains till demands are fulfilled.

Is train ko 3 Days Via Daltonganj karna chahiye.. Jis din daltonganj side se jaye usdin gaya side se aye or jis din gya side se jaye usdin daltonganj side se aye.... Is tarah chalane se Passenger Most benifited ho sakte hai.. They got and opportunity to stay one day in varanasi and enjoy and return next day from both the route.
Can be tried, lekin GAYA aur BKSC sabse jyada patronage de rahe hain. I don't think SER will think of changing that route.
