I have been highlighting his gas lightning behaviour way back since the mid 2010s when I was much more active here. There are a few older members tagged here, who will attest to this behaviour of his, since he has joined IRI

Sir, I think there's only so much even monitors can do. He continuously creates new IDs, and he generally keeps low in the early days. It's only by chance that we can identify him in early days. This is totally nonsense and idiosyncratic behavior and I think this young man/old man/young girl/foreign national boy/foreign national girl/someone in IPS/someone's wife/someone's husband/someone's brother-in-law has a degree higher than doctorate in being off-late, a mystique in changing identities.
