that the MMRCL has reduced the navigable carriageway of Nagar Road by 7 meters on both sides, creating traffic bottlenecks due to inadequate parking bays and poorly placed entry/exit points. The petitioners also criticize the dumping of construction debris and lack of coordination among authorities. The court ordered the PUMTA Chief to consider the petitioners' representations and implement them within two months. The petitioners requested a meeting with the PUMTA, MMRCL, Pune Municipal Corporation, and Traffic Police to physically measure road design elements and address their grievances. The PIL highlights the urgent need for better planning and coordination to alleviate traffic woes in Pune due to the Metro construction.

hai. Unka kehna hai ki MMRCL ne Nagar Road ke dono taraf 7 meters tak carriageway kam kar diya hai, jisse parking bays aur entry/exit points ki planning galat hone ke karan traffic jam ho raha hai. Petitioners ne construction debris dumping aur authorities ke beech coordination ki kami par bhi objection kiya hai. Court ne PUMTA Chief ko order diya hai ki woh petitioners ke representations par gaur kare aur do mahine ke andar unhe implement kare. Petitioners ne PUMTA, MMRCL, Pune Municipal Corporation aur Traffic Police ke saath ek meeting ki maang ki hai, jisme road design elements ko ek expert ke dwara measure kiya jaaye aur unke grievances ka samadhan nikala jaaye. PIL ne Pune mein Metro construction se hone wali traffic problems ke liye behtar planning aur coordination ki zaroorat par zor diya hai.
