it doesn't matter how long and how much distance train covers in state trains regional language always depend on station from which the train is originating 12951 Mumbai Rajdhani didn't travel much in Maharashtra but it's regional language is marathi not Gujarati why? Because it's starting point is Mumbai whose regional language is marathi not gujarati

It's rule decided by Moderator sir as so nothing can be done the the state in which 2 language are used then in train originating from their can have 2 regional language e.g. delhi train originating from delhi have 2 language one is urdu and another one is punjabi.Delhi is not a proper state but just giving example and for people's convinient we have hindi and english
