The GM stated that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be visiting Jamshedpur on September 15th, during which two Vande Bharat trains to Patna and Brahmapur will be flagged off from Tatanagar. All preparations for the new train operations are underway. The GM inspected the area around Tatanagar station, including the platforms, to assess the security arrangements. The DRM, A.J. Rathore, and other officials from the Chakradharpur division were present. The GM mentioned that the station redevelopment project will commence soon, increasing the number of platforms from 5 to 8. He added that the zone is working on installing 'Kavach' safety systems in engines for enhanced train operations.

Chakradharpur Railway Division has denied employment to these dependents for several years, leading to their economic hardship. He emphasized that despite the deceased employees having served the railways for years and their deaths being due to various reasons or accidents, their dependents are being denied employment while other railway divisions are providing compassionate employment to similar cases. Munda also asserted that age limits are not considered under the Railway Act for dependents seeking compassionate employment. He warned that if the dependents are not provided with compassionate employment, the AJSU party and the affected families will launch a protest and a phased agitation in front of the Chakradharpur Divisional Railway Manager's office.
