Chakradharpur Railway Division has denied employment to these dependents for several years, leading to their economic hardship. He emphasized that despite the deceased employees having served the railways for years and their deaths being due to various reasons or accidents, their dependents are being denied employment while other railway divisions are providing compassionate employment to similar cases. Munda also asserted that age limits are not considered under the Railway Act for dependents seeking compassionate employment. He warned that if the dependents are not provided with compassionate employment, the AJSU party and the affected families will launch a protest and a phased agitation in front of the Chakradharpur Divisional Railway Manager's office.
