The Tata-Patna Vande Bharat Express narrowly escaped an accident on its inaugural day. Near Goonjhahari, ahead of Koderma, the train collided with two cattle at a speed of 130 kilometers per hour. This resulted in the death of a cow and a calf. The front part of the engine was damaged.

Tata-Patna Vande Bharat Express apna shuruwati din me accident se bach gaya. Koderma ke aage Goonjhahari ke paas, train 130 kilometer per hour ki speed se do maveshiyon se takkar ho gaya. Isse ek gaay aur ek bachcha ki maut ho gayi. Engine ke aage ka hissa bhi kharab ho gaya.

front part of the engine, the train continued its journey to Gaya. Upon arrival, engineering department officials and staff inspected the engine after the train stopped. As no damage to the engine was detected, the train proceeded to Patna.

hone ke baad bhi train Gaya tak chalti rahi. Gaya pahunchne pe, engineering department ke officers aur staff ne train ke rukne pe engine ki jaanch ki. Engine mein koi nuksan na hone par, train ko Patna tak le jaaya gaya.

Tata-Patna route is ₹2245 for executive class and ₹1145 for chair car, with an additional ₹250 for food. The fare for the Tata-Brahmapur route is ₹1250 for AC chair car with food and ₹1000 without food, while executive chair car costs ₹2270 with food and ₹1955 without food. Each train will have seven chair cars and one executive coach, making a total of eight coaches. The Tata-Brahmapur train (20891/20892) departs Tatanagar at 2:50 PM and reaches Brahmapur at 11:55 PM. The return journey starts at 5:15 AM from Brahmapur and reaches Tatanagar at 2:20 PM. This train operates six days a week, excluding Tuesday. The Howrah-Rourkela train (20871/20872) departs Howrah at 6:00 AM and reaches Rourkela at 11:50 AM. The return journey starts at 1:40 PM and reaches Howrah at 7:40 PM. This train also operates six days a week, excluding Tuesday. The Tata-Patna train (21893/21894) will operate on a weekly basis, starting from September 22nd. The train will depart Tata at 5:30 AM on Sundays and arrive in Patna at 3:55 PM.
