Additionally, 26 trains will be diverted to take the Gorakhpur-Barhani-Gonda route, and seven trains, including Vande Bharat, will be rescheduled. The cancellation of 22531 (Chhapra to Mathura Junction Express) and 22532 (Mathura Junction to Chhapra Express) on the 2nd and 4th of September is also announced. The same applies to 15114 (Chhapra Kacheri to Gomti Nagar Express) and 15113 (Gomti Nagar to Chhapra Kacheri Express) on the 2nd and 3rd of September. Furthermore, 12531 (Gorakhpur to Lucknow Junction Express) and 12532 (Lucknow Junction to Gorakhpur Express) will be cancelled on the 3rd and 4th of September. The Khalilabad-Shravasti-Balrampur line will be constructed in three phases, with the first phase (Khalilabad-Bansi, 27 km) scheduled for completion in March 2025. The Sahjanwa-Dohrighat line, with trains designed to run at 160 km/h, will also be built in three phases, culminating in the completion of the final phase (Golabazar-New Dohrighat, 25.5 km) in March 2027.
