This is what called managment. If there is a will there is a way. To save time and space Gonda Diesel Lobby started to couple D-loco straight to E-loco which pulls 11111/11112 GWL-BLP-GWL Sushasan Express between GWL-GD-GWL as only route is electrified upto Gonda. Now people right from the start of Humsafar express are crying that because Humsafar is diverted via Barhni non-electrified route and hauled by a diesel loco thats why it is not able to do 130kmph in NCR affecting the punctuality. But cant GKP do the same thing attaching a D-Loco infront of E-loco from GKP and then detaching it at GD which can be done in only 10minutes same thing in down attach D-loco at GD in front of E-loco and run till GKP then provide that E-loco to 12595 for further runs. NER can keep the E-loco of 12595 idle at GKp for 3 days(sat,sun,mon) but...
more... they dont have the courage to do this arrangement. At last its all NER/GKP fault for the condition of Humsafar they are not at all serious about its running at many times they are even unable to give Right Time departure from Gkp itself. There are many things to blame but only few little things to do all things correct. Better NER/GKP does this arrangement in future for Humsafar for its betterment and welfare of passengers
