IR definitely didn't build 3 Pfs for handling 4 pair of trains per day.
only first 2 pf's are used for passenger trains, third one mostly has trains coming from TVSG side (mix of BCNA from RCF, flat head from JSW and BOXN from a small port few Km downstream)
