South Eastern Railway is running Weekly Holi Special trains between Santragachi and Digha to accommodate extra passengers during the Holi festival. Digha at 12:45 hrs. The return train, 02848, departs Digha at 13:10 hrs on the same days, arriving at Santragachi at 16:50 hrs. Train 02897 departs Santragachi at 08:10 hrs on March 24th and 31st, arriving at Digha at 11:55 hrs. The return train, 02898, departs Digha at 13:10 hrs on the same days, arriving at Santragachi at 16:50 hrs. These special trains will have stoppages at Uluberia, Bagnan, Mecheda, Tamluk, and Kanthi.
