In the past, the municipality has successfully converted railway land into parks in other wards (15, 18, 19, 20, 24) through Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with the Railways. However, similar proposals for Ward 16 have never been implemented. The ward has an estimated population of 35,000, and the problem has affected the area from the NFL underpass to Nagal Khedi village.

bada aur crowded area hai, lekin authorities is problem ko solve nahi kar paaye. Pehle, railways ki zameen pe parks banaye gaye the, aise MoUs (Memoranda of Understanding) ke through, Ward 15, 18, 19, 20, 24 mein. Lekin Ward 16 mein, aise proposals kabhi bhi pass nahi hue. Vikas Nagar mein, lagabhag 35,000 log rahte hain. NFL underpass se Nagal Khedi village tak, yeh problem hai.
