MMRDA ka estimate hai ki pehle saal 1.25 lakh passengers is line ko use karenge aur 2031 tak yeh number 2.6 lakh se zyada ho jaayega. Is project se Mumbai me congestion kam hoga aur peripheral areas mein growth hoga, jisse economic development ko boost milega. 3 March, 2024 ko inauguration hone se Mumbai metro expansion mein ek important milestone achieve ho gaya hai aur isse city mein connectivity aur urban mobility improve hoga. Line 12 Navi Mumbai tak extend hone wala hai, jisse city ka transit landscape completely change hone wala hai.
