The metro is committed to environmental sustainability, with 2.3 MW solar panels installed at the Margil Railway Station and over 2000 solar panels across all stations. The metro completes 408 trips daily, carrying around 4.6 lakh passengers, with a frequency of every 3.5 minutes during peak hours and every 8 minutes during off-peak hours.
