Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT) ja rahe the, jab unka balance bigad gaya. Ye incident rush hour mein hua. Is section mein kai train-fall accidents ho chuke hain, jiske baad Thane aur uske aage, khass kar peak hours mein, additional shuttle services ki maang ki ja rahi hai. Pichhle 20 saalon mein, Mumbai local train accidents mein 51,000 se zyada logo ki jaan chali gayi hai aur 26,572 log zakhmi hue hain.
