The petition highlights the inconvenience caused to residents of multiple layouts who rely on the underpass for access to Old Madras Road, Tin Factory bus terminal, and Benniganahalli metro station. The court has scheduled the next hearing on March 12, 2024.

bandh karna arbitrary hai aur citizens ke freedom of movement ke fundamental right ka ullanghan karta hai, khaskar jabki Kempegowda underpass July 2023 se band hai. Petition mein yeh bataya gaya hai ki kaise multiple layouts ke residents ko underpass ki wajah se Old Madras Road, Tin Factory bus terminal aur Benniganahalli metro station jaane ke liye pareshani ho rahi hai. Court ne next hearing 12 March, 2024 ko rakhi hai.
