Express two hours late, Tutari Express two hours late, Madgaon Express two hours late, and the Mangala Express heading towards Mumbai is running two and a half hours late. In Raigad, heavy rains continue, with rivers like Amba, Kundalika, and Patalganga exceeding warning levels. A bus got stuck in knee-deep water on the Mumbai-Pune old highway, causing inconvenience to passengers. In Ratnagiri, heavy rains have caused flooding in the Mandangad Bhingaloli ST depot, the government rest house, and the Samarth apartment, disrupting traffic. The weather department has issued a red alert for Ratnagiri and Sindhudurg districts, urging citizens to exercise caution.
