This is a remote possibility since it will clash with existing trains like DD and Shatabdi on Jaipur Delhi route. There will be no additional passengers on Jaipur-Delhi route on both sides. I think overnight VB sleeper will be run on this route which may be extended upto Haridwar/DDN.

JU-Delhi VB is very much due . Running VBs parallel to Shatabdis schedule is not new. Infact running Multiple VBs in single direction on routes like Delhi Ambala or Delhi Kanpur is also not new.
DEC JU will instead provide the much needed quickest connection btw Delhi Jaipur and Jodhpur.

Shatabdi with multiple stops has already become quite slow
