came about due to the efforts of the union's general secretary KL Gupta and divisional secretary RN Garg, who advocated for the trackmen's demands. Becoming a loco pilot will improve the lives of trackmen, allowing them to operate trains on the same tracks they maintain. The union plans to continue fighting for the interests of trackmen in the future.

aur exam de sakte hain. Yeh opportunity union ke general secretary KL Gupta aur divisional secretary RN Garg ke efforts se mili hai, jinhone trackman ki demands ko support kiya. Loco pilot banne se trackman ke life mein improvement aayega, aur ab wo usi track par train chala sakenge jahan wo maintenance ka kaam karte hain. Union future mein bhi trackman ke interest ke liye struggle karega.
