The case involves Neeraj Kumar Arun, the director of Messers Lukkar & Company Begusarai, who allegedly defrauded Vimlendu Das by promising work through railway tenders. Along with Neeraj, Ajay Kumar Mishra from Gola, Ramgarh, and Bubul Bara from Latma Road, Hatia have also been named in the FIR. The investigation will be conducted by Sub-Inspector Ashok Prasad.
