on August 6th. These stations include Ara, Bihta, Raghunathpur, Dumraon, Dildarnagar, Jamui, Jahanabad, Rajgir, Bihar Sharif, Fatuha, Baad, Bakhtiyarpur, and Taregna. The modernization work will focus on improving passenger amenities, accessibility, and security. This includes station buildings, entrances, exits, 12-meter wide foot-over bridges, lifts, escalators, concourses, platforms, circulating areas, parking, facilities for the differently abled, lighting, seating, drinking water, sanitation, access routes, signage, train displays, announcement systems, and beautification. The project's estimated cost for each station ranges from 17.13 crores to 32.73 crores. Contracts have been awarded and construction will begin after the inauguration ceremony.
