The 46-kilometer Indore-Ujjain four-lane road will be expanded to a six-lane highway, beginning in December. This project, awarded to an Udaipur-based company for ₹1619 crore, will be completed in phases to minimize disruptions. The highway will include underpasses and flyovers and is expected to be operational before the Kumbh Mela.
