Construction started two years ago, with a budget of ₹300 crores, and is scheduled to be completed by February 2025, but progress seems to be lagging. The project involves constructing a three-story building on the south side with underground parking. The south side construction is reportedly 80% complete, but the north side is only 50% complete. The existing north entrance and amenities like the AC waiting hall, sleeper waiting hall, and food courts have been demolished, causing inconvenience to passengers. The delays have led to frustration among passengers, particularly with the high volume of pilgrims visiting Tirupati.

Do saal pehle 300 crore rupees ke budget ke saath construction shuru hua tha, aur February 2025 tak pura hone wala tha, par kaam chalne mein der ho rahi hai. Project mein south side pe ek three-story building banana hai, jisme underground parking bhi hoga. South side ka construction lag bhaag 80% complete ho chuka hai, lekin north side sirf 50% complete hua hai. Pehle se existing north entrance aur AC waiting hall, sleeper waiting hall, aur food courts ko tod diya gaya hai, jisse passengers ko dikkat ho rahi hai. Delay ke karan passengers, khass kar Tirupati aane waale pilgrims, bahut upset hain.
