currently operate as Garib Rath Express. A Garib Rath also runs between Varanasi and Anand Vihar. The Sahrarsa-Amritsar train via Gorakhpur is another Garib Rath Express train. Due to the high demand for seats on these trains due to their low fares, the railway board has approved replacing the sleeper coaches with economy AC coaches. This will apply to 72 trains operating from the Lucknow division. The railway administration will soon identify the trains that will be modified.
