Begusarai and one from Mahua, Vaishali, claimed they were traveling to find jobs but were caught with general class tickets. Police are investigating their mobile phones and have filed a case against them under the Excise Act. The men have been remanded in judicial custody after being presented in the Muzaffarpur Excise Court.
