Under the Amrit Station Scheme, the Jabalpur division will see the redevelopment of 16 stations: Jabalpur (main), Satna, Katni, Maihar, Damoh, Kareli, Byohari, Rewa, Sagar, Narsinghpur, Katni Murwara, Piparia, Gadarwara, Sihora Road, Shridham, Katni South, and Bargawan. The redevelopment includes improvements and beautification of station buildings, circulating areas, entrances, and arrival and departure buildings. It also includes the provision of foot over bridges, parking, walkways, new roads, high-level platforms, improved surfaces, covered sheds, and waiting rooms.
