Hindustan Petroleum Corporation, and the Indian Food Corporation with shields and certificates of appreciation for their outstanding work in the field of Rajbhasha (Official Language) in 2023. The General Manager emphasized the importance of maintaining excellent performance in the use of Rajbhasha and recommended that meetings on Rajbhasha be held every three months in accordance with constitutional provisions. She also urged the attendees to conduct workshops and focus on improving the use of Hindi. Rajesh Kumar Pandey, Chief Rajbhasha Officer and Principal Signal and Telecom Engineer of North Eastern Railway, mentioned that 43 out of 46 member offices have registered on the web portal, as per information received from the Ministry of Home Affairs, Department of Official Language. He instructed all member offices to submit their reports regularly to the committee secretariat in the prescribed format. The meeting was also addressed by Additional General Manager DK Singh, Deputy Director of the Department of Official Language Dr. Chhabil Kumar Meher, and Station Director Jay Prakash Singh. Finally, Rajbhasha Officer Mo. Arshad Mirza presented the action plan of the previous meeting.
