stated that the Working Committee meeting in Mumbai will discuss demands and plan future protests and strikes. He also raised several demands, including the formation of the 8th Pay Commission, a minimum wage of ₹32,500 per month from July 1st, 2023, the reinstatement of the old pension scheme, immediate payment of DA arrears, risk and hardship allowance for safety personnel, and the removal of the ceiling on night allowance for those earning over ₹43,600. If the Ministry of Railways and the Central Government fail to address these 14 demands, the employees will be forced to go on a nationwide railway strike in June.

hai. NCRES ke General Secretary, R.P. Singh ne bataaya ki 28 aur 29 April ko Mumbai mein NFIR ki Working Committee meeting hogi, jismein demands par discussion karke andolan aur strike ki strategy tayyar ki jaayegi. Maha Mantri R.P. Singh ne bataaya ki sarkar 8th Pay Commission nahi bana rahi hai. Unhone 1 July 2023 se minimum wage ₹32,500 per month karne ki demand uthai. Saath hi kaha ki new pension policy ko cancel karke purani pension policy restore ki jaaye. DA ke arrears ka payment immediately kiya jaaye. Safety category mein helpers, technicians, supervisors ko risk aur hardship allowance diya jaaye. ₹43,600 se zyada salary pane walon ke liye raat ka bhatta par lagi ceiling hataai jaaye. Aise 14 demands par agar Rail Ministry aur Central Government ne karmchariyon ke support mein decision nahi liya to karmchari June se desh-vyapi rail strike karne ke liye majboor honge.
