hai jinka timing reliable hai. Commuters complain karte hai ki maintenance aur operational factors ki wajah se bahut baar service cancel hoti hai, jisse unka schedule kharab hota hai. South Central Railway (SCR) ne fare kam karke aur awareness campaign chalake MMTS ko promote karne ki koshish ki, par ridership kam hi hota ja raha hai, shayad isme Metro Rail aur TSRTC buses me ladies ke liye free travel scheme ka bhi haath hai. SCR officials kehte hain ki peak hours me MMTS trains ko priority di jati hai, par commuters ko service me disruptions aur timings me uncertainty ka samna karna padta hai.

Interesting point would be how will IR recover the massive investments happening for Bangalore suburban project :)

I think IR should increase MMTS fares and make them reliable
