Passengers can now provide their desired destination at the ticket counter and scan a QR code displayed on the screen to make the payment. The pilot program has already received positive feedback from passengers, with thousands of tickets already purchased through UPI. The railways are planning to extend this system to other stations in Bengaluru including Yesvantpur, Bangalore Cantonment, and Sir M. Visvesvaraya Terminal, potentially expanding it nationwide in the future.

liye wait bhi nahi karna padega. Passengers ab apna destination ticket counter pe bata sakte hain aur screen pe dikhaye jaane wale QR code ko scan karke payment kar sakte hain. Is pilot program ko passengers se bahut positive feedback mil raha hai, aur hazaar se zyada tickets UPI se already buy kiye jaa chuke hain. Railways ka plan hai ki ye system Bengaluru ke other stations jaise Yesvantpur, Bangalore Cantonment, aur Sir M. Visvesvaraya Terminal pe bhi extend kiya jaaye, aur aage chalke isse puri country mein lagaaya jaaye.
