requested an NOC (No Objection Certificate) from the Jamshedpur Forest Department to cut down over 200 trees for the construction of the subway and approach road. The Forest Department has conducted a survey of the trees that will be affected. The Railways has also sent a letter to the local Land Revenue Office to measure the land for the approach road, which will extend 5 meters beyond the subway.
