On Sunday, February 19th, the Lokmanya Tilak Superfast Express train, traveling from Banaras to Mumbai, collided with a JCB that was crossing the railway track near Vyasnagar railway station. The train driver applied emergency brakes to stop the train, causing minor damage to the engine's front section. The collision caused panic among the passengers due to the loud noise and sudden jolt. Railway officials arrived at the scene, and after repairs to the damaged engine, the train resumed its journey after a 2.5-hour delay. The JCB operator, Randhir Kumar, sustained serious injuries and was hospitalized. The RPF took possession of the JCB. The incident caused disruption on the other track as well. Senior Railway officials including the DRM Varanasi, Lalji Chaudhary, reached the site. The damaged JCB was removed with the help of a crane, and the track was cleared after repairing the damaged railway track and engine. The train was then allowed to proceed.

Train driver ne emergency brakes lagae aur train rok di, jisse engine ke front mein thoda sa damage hua. Takkar ki aawaz aur sudden jolt se passengers mein afra-tafri mach gayi. Railway officials wahan pahunch gaye, aur damaged engine ki repair hone ke baad, train 2.5 hours ki der se aage badhi. JCB operator, Randhir Kumar, ko serious injuries lagi aur usko hospital mein admit kiya gaya. RPF ne JCB ko kabze mein le liya. Incident se dusre track par bhi traffic ruk gaya. Varanasi se DRM, Lalji Chaudhary, bhi site par pahunch gaye. Damaged JCB ko crane ki madad se hata diya gaya, aur track ko clear karne ke baad damaged railway track aur engine ki repair ki gayi. Phir train aage badhi.
