Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw highlighted the government's commitment to Uttarakhand's development and revealed that the budget allocated to Uttarakhand's railway sector has increased by 27 times this financial year. Current projects include the Rishikesh-Karnprayag rail line, the Tanakpur-Bageshwar rail line, the Doiwala-Gangotry rail line, the Rudki-Deoband line, and other rail routes. Uttarakhand may also receive new Vande Bharat trains and special trains during the current fiscal year. Additionally, the budget announced a plan to convert 40,000 ordinary train bogies into high-speed Vande Bharat bogies, which will benefit Uttarakhand. Other benefits for Uttarakhand include the expansion of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana to build 2 crore homes in the next five years, the “Lakhpati Didi” scheme aimed at empowering women, various schemes for farmers, a tax refund within 10 days, and the provision of cervical cancer vaccines for girls aged 9-14 years.

Vaishnaw ne government ke Uttarakhand ke development ke liye commitment ko highlight kiya aur bataaya ki Uttarakhand ke railway sector ko alocate kiya gaya budget is financial year mein 27 times badh gaya hai. Current projects mein Rishikesh-Karnprayag rail line, Tanakpur-Bageshwar rail line, Doiwala-Gangotry rail line, Rudki-Deoband line, aur aur rail routes bhi shamil hain. Uttarakhand ko is fiscal year mein new Vande Bharat trains aur special trains bhi mil sakte hain. Budget mein 40,000 ordinary train bogies ko high-speed Vande Bharat bogies mein convert karne ka plan bhi announce kiya gaya hai, jiska Uttarakhand ko fayda milega. Uttarakhand ko aur benefits mein Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana ka expansion, jismein next five years mein 2 crore homes banaye jayenge, “Lakhpati Didi” scheme, jo women ko empower karega, farmers ke liye various schemes, 10 din mein tax refund, aur 9-14 saal ki ladkiyon ke liye cervical cancer vaccine bhi shamil hain.
