An 'Aastha Special' train carrying devotees to Ayodhya passed through Lucknow's Charbagh station at around 12:10 PM on January 30th, 2024. and passed through Lucknow on its way to Ayodhya. The Indian Railways provided bedrolls for all passengers in the sleeper class, and lunch and water were provided at Lucknow station. Station director Prashant Singh oversaw the arrangements to ensure passenger comfort. Multiple 'Aastha Special' trains from different zones will travel to Ayodhya during the upcoming religious events.
