but now, they must mark the seat as vacant after 10 minutes. This change allows for RAC (Reservation Against Cancellation) and waitlisted passengers to be allocated the unoccupied seats. The new rule, already implemented in other divisions, is being enforced using handheld terminals that track passenger presence. Passengers are advised to be prompt to avoid losing their reserved seats.

(Ticket Examiner) thoda sa time dete the, lekin ab unhe 10 minutes ke baad seat ko vacant mark karna hoga. Isse RAC (Reservation Against Cancellation) aur waitlisted passengers ko vacant seats mil payengi. Yeh naya rule, jo ki aur divisions mein bhi laga hai, handheld terminals ke through enforce kiya ja raha hai, jismein passengers ki presence track ki jaati hai. Passengers ko advise di jaati hai ki woh time pe pahunche, taki woh apni reserved seats na khoye.
