ko ensure karne aur chaukas rahne ke instructions diye gaye. Sabhi mandalon ko freight trains ki average speed badhane aur goods loading tez karne ke liye action plan banane ko kaha gaya. Khaas taur se, sabhi mandalon ko fogy conditions mein railway tracks, electric overhead wires, signaling system etc. ki 24 ghante monitoring aur better maintenance karne ko kaha gaya.
