station ke bahut saare officials tak chala jata hai. Chhote stations pe, washrooms bahar aur akele jagah pe hote hain, jisse drivers ko bahar jaane me dikkat hoti hai. Iske saath hi, duty ke doran washroom break ke liye koi fixed norm nahi hai, aur drivers ko aakhi baar break dene se mana kar diya jata hai. Isse bahut se drivers paani kam peena shuru kar dete hain, jisse dehydrate aur health problems hoti hain. NFIR aur IRLRO jaise organizations ne yeh issue uthaya hai, aur Ministry of Labour ne abhi ek committee banayi hai, jo train staff ke liye defined break times ka system banayega.
