now expanded to 97 stations, including 21 in the Northeast Railway zone. As part of the initiative, 80 stalls selling local products are set up at various stations. The program also includes setting up Prime Minister Bhartiya Jana Aushadhi Kendras (PMBJAK) at 50 railway stations, offering affordable generic medicines to passengers. The PMBJAKs will be inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. These centers are expected to provide affordable generic medicines to passengers and the public. The North Eastern Railway (NER) zone will be establishing PMBJAKs at Gorakhpur, Varanasi, Lucknow, and Kashipur stations.
