He noted that the train's travel time was slightly longer due to track limitations, suggesting that improvements to the Konkan Railway route could significantly reduce travel time.

almost half full thi, Mangaluru Central se hi 200 seats chair car mein aur 25 seats executive class mein book ho gayi thi. Kerala se aane waale bahut saare passengers subah jald train mein chadh gaye Goa jaane ke liye. Udupi mein bhi kaafi log train mein chadh gaye. G. Karthik Kamath, jinhone pehle regular run mein Vande Bharat ki journey ki, X (pehle Twitter) pe post kiya, “Is train mein abhi hu...journey exciting aur comfortable hai.” Journey complete hone ke baad unhone fir se post kiya, “Overall, train on time thi aur bina kisi delay ke destination pe pahunchi. Yeh saaf hai aur zyadatar time 120 kmph pe chalti hai. Ticket book karte waqt ‘No food’ select kiya tha, toh uspe kuchh comment nahi karunga. Par, passengers ko service on time mili.” Mr. Kamath ne kaha, “VB ko Bhatkal aur ek aur station pe 15 minutes tak rukna pada doosri train cross karne ke liye. Yeh distance [Mangaluru Central-Madgaon] VB 3 to 3.5 hours mein aaram se cover kar sakta hai agar Konkan Railway route pe double track ho aur overall route strong ho.”
