Conversion of Siddheshwar Express and Udyan Express to LHB Rake

If we look at 12809-10 LHBfication, this 4 rake combo could take up to 3 months or more to have all rakes LHB. And why is there difference in CC of the 2 rakes mentioned? First one has 11 SL and 2 GS while second one (From Jan) has 10 SL and 3 GS. Present ICF CC has 2 GS and 2 SLR (rear one of which has Ladies/Disabled). Not sure which one will be final.
