within the Chennai Beach-Chengalpet section. Perambur, Thiruvallur, Arakkonam, Tiruttani, Jolarpettai, Gummidipoondi, Sullurupeta, and Ambattur are also included. The improvements encompass station facade upgrades, new booking offices, pedestrian plazas, platform resurfacing, roofing replacement, parking redevelopment, lifts and escalators for Foot Over Bridges (FOB), passenger information systems, an improved public announcement system, CCTV surveillance, and a new station building at Chengalpet.

Beach-Chengalpet section ke Chennai Beach, Chennai Park, St Thomas Mount, Guindy, Mambalam, Guduvanchery, aur Chengalpet stations shamil hain. Iske alawa, Perambur, Thiruvallur, Arakkonam, Tiruttani, Jolarpettai, Gummidipoondi, Sullurupeta, aur Ambattur stations bhi is upgrade list mein hain. Is upgrade mein stations ke facade ko behtar karna, new booking offices, pedestrian plazas, platform ko resurface karna, purani roofing sheets ko badalna, parking areas ko redevelop karna, Foot Over Bridges (FOB) pe lifts aur escalators, passenger information systems, upgraded public announcement system, CCTV surveillance aur Chengalpet mein ek new station building bhi shamil hai.
