This move is expected to bring in an enhanced revenue of Rs 5 crore for BMRCL, in addition to the Rs 4.5 crore generated annually through existing contracts. The highest bid for the new contract was submitted by Sify Technologies at Rs 5,040 per pair km per month, setting the rate for other companies. The contract covers the Bommasandra line to RV Road, encompassing 42.3km of Phase 1 and all subsequent extensions. Operators pay Rs 17,000 per month per cable tray per station, and Rs 700 per month for maintenance charges per pair of Kilometres.

New contract ke liye sabse zyada bid Sify Technologies ne diya hai, Rs 5,040 per pair km per month, yeh rate dusri companies ke liye bhi set ho gaya hai. Contract Bommasandra line se RV Road tak hai, 42.3km Phase 1 aur uske baad ke sabhi extensions ko include karke. Operators har station pe har cable tray ke liye Rs 17,000 per month, aur har pair of Kilometres ke maintenance charge ke liye Rs 700 per month dete hai.
