has been delayed due to disagreements between the Central and State governments. The Prime Minister had previously accused the State government of delaying the project by not allotting land. Despite the NDA government being in power, the land issue continues to be cited as a hindrance. The CPI(M) criticizes the Central government for not using the identified land and suggests alternative options.

Prime Minister ne pehle State government par project ko delay karne ka ilzaam lagaya tha, land allot na karne ke liye. NDA government ke power mein aane ke baad bhi, land issue ek hindrance banta ja raha hai.
