what is the point of having such dual traction locomotives when we are going 100% electrification.They will just be of no use after few years.

Govt kuch soch kr hi kr rhi hogi is saal ke बजट में aese locomotive बनाने और research ke liye pese diye gaye hai
Ho sakta hai 100% electrification me time lage kyunki aane wale salo me kafi sari new line bnegi
