Here are some facts that i want to share with you people, happened today at MYS. My relatives totally 14members travelled to SNSI (16217) from MYS. At the point of reservation all my ticket was in W/L -22…….. got CNF after Chart prepared in 5 different SL coaches, i am having the net connection so i got to know the status of my ticket a day before itself , it was my relatives LUCK or what i don’t know all ticket got CNF.

Went to railway station with my Mom at 04:30, 16217 placed at platform No-01. I observer so many things which were very SAD to me…..This is for the 3rd time i am observing the same….

1. At Enquiry counter there was no body to help the passengers; people don’t know whether there ticket is got CNF/RAC/still in W/L... after enquired with some railway officials they told he may be somewhere might be coming soon told to passengers to wait for 5mins… finally train departure while coming back to the parking area just went across to the enquiry counter still nobody was there…

2. People decided them self to get into the train and cross check with the SBC TTE at SBC…which was very Funny… as there was no TTE from MYS…
.
3. No chart was pasted on the train coaches as i myself went across 5 different coaches where my ticket got CNF…
.
4. No manual or IVR info by the speakers, no display in the platforms which shows train No with coach, no display as well on the big screen…
.
5. This train was empty running from MYS hardly i found some 100 people in train coaches which i went across…
.
Now my comment for the above points and need some comments from my IRI family too….
.
If this train is made for SBC people why not SWR runs this from SBC it will be waste from MYS…and no connectivity of local transport in MYS at that time which makes very difficult for the people, when it was running as special it used to leaving MYS at 09:15 which was a comfortable time…
.
1. If SWR officials are not interested at that time early in the morning, then what for they are making this train to run…NO chart pasting, no enquiry person at the counter, no TTE from MYS…
.
2. Already 3 trains available for SBC peoples, can’t this train route be changed, if it made to run via ASK-UBL-GDG then followed by the normal route which will be of 1200kms reduced by 100kms now running, and people of HAS-ASK-DVG-HVR-UBL will be benefited…
