1. except few junction points ., for shatabdi & all super-fast following can be done i.e. fully commercialisation by indian railways :-
a. super-fast trains no stops before 200 kms +/- 10 % !!
b. in s.l.r. / gen bogies also strict ticket checking if normal journet tkts used !!

more... say how delhi via gaya stops asansol / gaya / mgs / allahabad / kanpur / aligarh . ., additinal stops shd demand station minimum performance i.e. 6 / 2 a.c., + 12 /3 a.c., & 24 sleeper class passengers on either directions ., then stop to be made !!
d. if performance drops on 4 months performance average then stop be discontinued ., yes on this fares i.e. s/charge at max 10 % can be made ., this will improve railways in big way i.e. remove m.l.a / m.p.'s demanding stops at every 25 kms even !!!
e. like wise satabdhi stops at 125/150 kms i.e. ranchi / hwh shd have dhn / asansol & durgapur / bokharo ..!!
f. increase / decrease of stops be commercialised ., let m.p.'s / m.l.a. feel the costs i.e. they impose on passengers by way of inconvinience i.e. hwh/cstm mail stops at raipur / durg / bhilai i.e. in some 50 kms distance !!!
g. good hygienic foods restaurants & on cart be allowed since food industry is in hands of goons alone !!!
