more... There isnt any VIP & if u can travel in 2A & dont find CNF Berth, u will not shy paying for 1A!! India has grown in purchasing power & AC class still is been treated as like priviledge, which isnt any more (@ least with price reduction in all AC Class - so AC become cheaper, as compared to 10 years back - Volvo are costlier than Tatkal 3A Rajdhani - NDLS-JP)
Again no special arrangement as such for any 1A traveller!!

#No Tatkal Quota, hence all Earmarked (HO etc) vacant Berth, will clear WL!!
#Coach Augmentation can clear high WL
#SPL Train will lead to high cancellation, clearing many higher WL
#Multiple booking (Some would have made reservation like, high WL in 2A & so took a chance & booked 1A too, as cancellation charge is minimal), which again get cancelled (even CNF ones), clearing off Berth!!
PS: U arnt much curious, seems planning to book 1A. IR treats passenger alike & SL/3A Coach augmentation happens often, but so called 2A is too less & 1A never!! Not becasue 1A isnt available (LKO have 2-3 1A CBC-Coach always @ yard), but better clear 100-200 WL, rather than 2-3 WL's!!!
