Grievance Description : Sir/Madam, This is my 4th complaint regarding the same. In train no 12432 ( Nizamuddin TVC Rajdhani express, the food which is loaded from the Base Kitchen of MAJN is of the most worse quality. The rice is neither properly boiled nor the food is of good quality. Most of the passengers depend of the food from Calicut station. Being a Rajdhani, this is one of the worst regarding pantry services. The food is not being served as per the food menu in IRCTC. Many items are missing and the pantry people are too harsh in dealing with passengers. In most cases, the morning tea is not served nor the second bottle of water is not served. Most passengers buy the second bottle of water from stations. The pantry manager nor the TTE is ready to give the complaint book when asked. The saddest thing is that the pantry people DEMAND tips from passengers at the end of journey. 10 or 20 is not enough and they demand 50 to 100 from each passengers INSPITE OF BAD SERVICE. I hope the contractors for the pantry in this Rajdhani will be given to some good agency and the food loaded from MAJN be of good Quality Thanks
