Look we all know that PNBE LTT demand is too much..but there is no proper pit line or terminal facility available in PNBE or whatever is there is already saturated...so whats the problem if the train is terminated @ KYQ...& I already knew that a AC train fro GHY to Mumbai would never be hit...because fare is too much...but is its serving the purpose of PNBE,the North East is happy to help...anyways Rake of 13246 Capital Exp waits @ New Jalpaiguri for more than 24 Hrs...So in that case isnt it a wastage of rake..???
Mr Venkat doesnt have any moral rights to judge whether the allocation is generating proper revenue to proper zone or not.
