down fast locals will run on the slow lines with stops at Kalwa, Mumbra and Diva stations. On the Harbour Line, the block will be between Panvel and Vashi stations on both up and down lines from 11:05 AM to 4:05 PM. All CSMT to Panvel/Belapur up and down local services will be suspended during this period, along with Trans Harbour Line services between Panvel and Thane. Special locals will run between CSMT and Vashi. During the block, Port Line locals will be available between Thane and Vashi/Nerul, and Belapur/Nerul and Uran stations.
